3. Calculator accuracy

Each calculator simplifies real-world finance to make a single estimate. The math is rounded. Tax, currency conversion, escrow, and timing of cash flow are not modelled. Treat the output as a directional estimate, not a balance sheet.

If a number looks too good or too bad, run the math yourself. Most owners who do find the truth sits between the two estimates.

4. What each tool does

AI ROI Calculator — estimates payback period, 12-month net, and 3-year NPV from hours saved, hourly rate, and tool monthly cost.
AI Tool Stack Comparator — side-by-side feature/cost comparison of Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro. Recommendation is heuristic, based on team size only.
SaaS Subscription Audit — sums monthly subscriptions, flags those marked “not used” as annual waste, and detects basic redundancy.
Hourly Rate Calculator — computes the hourly rate required to hit a target annual income given working hours, vacation, and overhead.
Customer Lifetime Value — multiplies average ticket by visits per year, retention years, and gross margin. Adds a 3:1 acceptable customer acquisition cost benchmark.
Lead Cost Calculator — computes cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, and profit per lead from ad spend and close rate.
Break-Even Calculator — computes break-even units and revenue from fixed costs and contribution margin.
