Privacy Policy

1. Operator

This site is operated by Bhovix (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship based in India. The trade name “Bhovix” is used across our YouTube channel, this website, and our outbound email. Contact: growmedia@bhovix.com. Inbound mail to this address is delivered via Cloudflare Email Routing; we send transactional and newsletter mail using Brevo (Sendinblue) as our outbound email provider.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: if you submit the newsletter or contact form, your email address (and any message text). The form is processed by Formspree, then routed to our inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. If you opt in to the newsletter, your email is added to a list managed in Brevo (Sendinblue), which we use to send our weekly emails. All three are listed as third-party processors below.

Information collected automatically:

IP address and request metadata (browser, OS, referrer) by Cloudflare, our hosting and DDoS layer. Used for security and abuse detection.
Tool inputs you type into a calculator stay in your browser. We do not transmit them to any server. The SaaS Audit and AI Tool Quiz pages save your inputs to localStorage on your device so the page is still useful when you return; you can clear it via your browser settings at any time.
If we later enable Google AdSense (currently NOT enabled), Google will set cookies and may collect device data per its own policy. We will update this section before turning AdSense on.

3. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

Consent — for marketing emails (you submit the form), and for personalized advertising cookies (when AdSense is enabled).
Legitimate interest — for security logs and abuse detection at the Cloudflare layer.

4. Third-party processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and inbound email routing for @bhovix.com addresses) — privacy policy.
Formspree, Inc. (newsletter and contact form submission processing) — privacy policy.
Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) (outbound transactional and newsletter email delivery) — privacy policy. Headquartered in Paris, France (EU).
Google LLC (AdSense, Funding Choices CMP) — not currently enabled. When enabled: Google privacy; how Google uses cookies in advertising.

5. International transfers

Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google are based in the United States. Brevo (Sendinblue) is based in France (European Union). By using this site or subscribing to the newsletter, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, the European Union, and India (where the operator is based). Where required, our processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for these transfers.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at growmedia@bhovix.com; we will respond within 30 days.

7. California (CCPA / CPRA) rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (including ad-personalization sharing), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. When AdSense is enabled, ad-personalization may constitute “sharing” under CCPA — you can opt out via the consent banner that will appear at that time. Email growmedia@bhovix.com to exercise any right. We do not collect “sensitive personal information” as defined in CCPA §1798.140.

8. India (DPDPA 2023) rights

If you are a Data Principal under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: information about processing, access, correction, completion, updating, erasure of your personal data, grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise these rights. Our designated grievance contact is growmedia@bhovix.com. We will respond within the timelines required by the Act and any rules issued under it.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (US COPPA) or under 18 in jurisdictions where DPDPA-style age thresholds apply. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will erase it.

10. Cookies

At the time of writing, this site sets no cookies. We use localStorage only for tool state on your device (not transmitted). When AdSense is enabled, Google will set advertising cookies; a Google-certified consent management platform (Funding Choices) will then appear in EEA/UK/Switzerland to record your choice.

11. Retention

Contact form submissions are kept in our inbox for 24 months for follow-up, then deleted. Cloudflare logs and Brevo activity logs follow each provider’s own retention policy.

12. Security

The site is served over TLS, ships strict security headers (HSTS, CSP, COOP, X-Frame-Options DENY, Permissions-Policy), and uses no inline scripts. Forms post directly to Formspree over HTTPS with a honeypot field for spam.

13. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the “Effective” date at the top.
