How this is calculated
  • cost_per_lead = ad_spend / leads
  • customers = leads × close_rate_pct/100
  • cac = ad_spend / customers
  • revenue = customers × avg_job_value
  • gross_profit = revenue × gross_margin_pct/100
  • roas = revenue / ad_spend
  • profit_per_lead = (gross_profit − ad_spend) / leads
